My friend Jeff Kartchner is the best example of service that I know.
When he was our home teacher Jeff was not noted for his monthly visits.
His style of home teaching is to come over and build me a garage or
enclose the patio or fix our leaky roof or unplug a pipe or cut down a
tree or save us from a falling second story or just clean out our lint
vent or to just stop by and laugh with us or cry with us and just be our
friend. He is not our home teacher anymore but he still comes over and
does all those things. Hey Jeff, my ceiling fan just broke!
