A Man After My Own Heart

Uncle Jeff and I could be from two different worlds but when it comes to the love of mexican food, we are from the same planet.  That's why he's a man after my own heart.  We share taste buds when it comes to savory foods.  We can always talk about a dish and the ingredients and the flavor that's in it and we can sit there and talk about it forever if we could, but we have to eat our food or else it will get cold.  LOL.

Uncle Jeff has always welcomed me in his home with open arms and a loving heart. Ever since I first met him, he has always shown me that I am a part of his family . And I love and respect him for that.  Thank you Uncle Jeff.
